Randy Gardner is an experienced audio and broadcast engineer currently serving as the Director of Engineering at JVC Broadcasting since March 2021. As the Owner and Engineer at Ear Candy Engineering since March 2012, Randy provides a range of audio engineering services, including recording, live sound, broadcast engineering, loudspeaker design, and electronic installation and repair. Previous roles include Chief Engineer at CUMULUS MEDIA, Chief Engineer and Project Manager at Apex Broadcasting, and Chief Engineer at Forever Communications. Randy's career began at WRUS Inc. as General Manager and Chief Engineer, contributing to the establishment of a radio station, along with various roles in sound engineering, sales management, and musicianship. An early adopter of technology in audio engineering, Randy also holds a high school diploma from Muhlenberg Central.

Central Florida is home to 103.1 FM, The Wolf, broadcasting live and local from the Wolf Den in the entertainment capital of the world, Orlando, Florida featuring the hottest Country music hits with some classic Country throwbacks. Orlando is also the home for the Florida Man Radio Network broadcast on 660 AM and 105.5 FM and BUD FM broadcasting on 103.1 HD2. On December 22, 2020 JVC Media continued its Florida expansion with a deal to buy four stations in Fort Walton Beach on the Emerald Coast. The latest deal takes John Caracciolo’s to 17 stations
