Matthew Masini has been working in the financial sector for over a decade. Matthew started their career as an Executive Director at Rizzo Mattingly Bosworth PC, a position they held for eight years. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating all of the firm's fiscal activity, compiling and analyzing internal business statistics, and assisting in the development of a comprehensive marketing and business strategy. Matthew also worked with shareholders to define firm goals and initiatives, and cultivated sustainable business practices by leading the office Green Team.
In 2007, Masini became the Chief of Administrative Services at Metropolitan Public Defender Services, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing annual organizational budgets, creating monthly and quarterly reports, and presenting fiscal status reports to senior management and the Board of Trustees. Matthew also coordinated and executed purchase and procurement activities for the 140-employee firm, and provided operational management and support to multiple office locations. In addition to their financial responsibilities, Masini also led the office Green Team focused on reducing waste and promoting a more sustainable workplace.
In 2020, Masini was appointed Treasurer at JESUIT VOLUNTEER CORPS NORTHWEST. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the organization's finances and ensuring that its financial goals are met.
Matthew Masini has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University Chicago. Matthew also attended Marquette University.
