Lyle Flanery has extensive work experience in the field of operations and project management. Lyle began their career in 1982 at Serv Tech/ST Piping, where they worked in various roles such as PF/BM/Welder/Frm/Gen. Frm,/ Supt for 14 years. In 1996, they joined Delta as a Project Manager and remained with the company until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, Lyle worked at RMF Nooter, Inc. as an Operations/Project Manager. In 2006, they joined JVIC as a Site Manager and later took on the role of Senior Director of Turnaround Optimization. In 2019, Lyle joined JV Industrial Companies, LTD - A Zachry Group Company as an Operations Director.
Lyle Flanery completed a leadership course at Zachry Creative Leadership in 2015. From 2003 to 2005, Lyle pursued leadership and business studies at Babson College. Additionally, in 2001, Lyle attended PMI Austin Texas for project management training. Lyle also obtained a certification in Building Business Acumen from Acumen Learning in 2022.
