Raelene Wagner has extensive work experience in quality management and engineering roles. Raelene served as a Quality Systems Manager/IATF Lead Auditor at JVIS USA LLC, where they established and maintained documented quality systems policies and procedures. Raelene was responsible for leading all Third Party External IATF 16949 audits.

Prior to that, Raelene worked at Magna International as an Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer, Quality Systems Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Warranty Engineer. Raelene'sresponsibilities included developing suppliers on PPAP requirements, improving product quality and on-time delivery through collaboration with supplier partners.

Before joining Magna International, Raelene served as a Quality Engineer at General Magnaplate Corporation, where they developed a database for customer complaints and issues, increasing processing efficiency by 90%. Raelene also issued RMA's for customer returns and rejected parts.

Raelene's experience also includes serving as a Quality Administrator at Polymer Process Development LLC. (PPD), where they authored and edited work instructions, resulting in an 80% increase in overall operator efficiency. Additionally, they conducted process and product audits.

Earlier in their career, Raelene worked as a Quality Systems Administrator at STANLEY Engineered Fastening, where they processed purchase requisitions for the quality department, reducing turnaround time for requests. Raelene also verified the implementation of corrective actions.

Raelene Wagner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration with a specialization in Organization Administration from Central Michigan University.
