Delight M.

Delight M. has extensive work experience in the property management industry. Delight began their career as an Assistant Community Manager at First Worthing in 2005 and later worked as a Community Manager and Regional Leasing Specialist at Campus Apartments. In 2012, they became a Property Manager at Campus Hill Management. Delight then held positions at University Student Living as a Regional Leasing Specialist and Training and Operations Associate. In 2018, they worked as the Director of Property Operations at Ollie before transitioning to Vice President of Property Management at Akara Partners, LLC. In 2020, they served as the Director of Property Management at both Redwood Residential and Redwood Capital Group LLC. Delight's most recent positions include Senior Vice President of Multifamily Operations at Newcastle Limited and their current role as Senior Vice President of Operations at JVM Realty Corporation.

Delight M. pursued their higher education at the University of Montana from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Music (BM) degree. Delight then went on to study at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2001 to 2004, earning a Master of Music (MM) degree. Additionally, in November 2022, Delight M. obtained the CAPS certification from the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI).
