Kevin Villont

Kevin Villont has a strong background in the real estate and construction industry. Kevin started their career as a Construction Manager at Remsing Construction from 2002 to 2006. Kevin then joined Cunat,Inc as a Director of Construction from 1995 to 2012. Currently, they hold various roles at JVM Realty Corporation including Director of Construction & Maintenance from 2012 to 2019, and Vice President of Construction & Maintenance from 2015 to 2019. Kevin is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at JVM Realty Corporation starting from December 2019.

Kevin Villont attended Illinois State University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued an MBA at Webster University, focusing on Business & Technology. In addition to their formal education, Kevin also holds certifications including a Property and Casualty Insurance License obtained from the State of Illinois in March 2019 and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM-P) certification from The Institutes, acquired in May 1995.
