Riki Mozes

Riki Mozes has worked in the Human Resources field since 1995. Riki began their career as a Section Manager at Manpower, then moved on to Placement Manager at Adam Milo in 1999. In 2000, they became Director of HR & Training for EMEA at Comverse Technology, Inc. In 2007, they became Head of HR at Ormat Technologies, Inc. In 2013, they were Global HR Director Business Partner for Global Support Functions at Teva Pharmaceuticals. In 2018, they became Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Amdocs, leading the Global Talent Acquisition Team and overseeing 6 regional managers and 120 recruiting partners in 13 countries. Most recently, in 2021, they became Chief People Officer and VP HR at JVP.

Riki Mozes completed a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work at Tel Aviv University between 1992 and 1995. Riki then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Social Psychology from Bar-Ilan University between 1997 and 2000. In 2013, Riki Mozes completed a Mediation in the Community and Small Claims certification from Gevim. Riki is currently pursuing a Lecturer degree in HR and Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
