Jeffrey Mikus

Jeffrey Mikus is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various prominent hotels and resorts. Currently serving as the Director of Tidal Cove Operations at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa since July 2021, Jeffrey oversees a premier waterpark experience featuring numerous attractions and dining options. Prior roles include Director of Recreation & Wellness at Hilton Anatole, Director of Rooms at Sheraton Chapel Hill Hotel and B Ocean Fort Lauderdale, and multiple managerial positions at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort and The Gale South Beach. With a strong background in guest services and operations, Jeffrey has contributed to enhancing guest experiences at renowned properties such as The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Jeffrey holds an associate degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from George Brown College.
