Jillian McElroy has worked in the corporate world since 2012. Jillian began their career at The Premier Collection as a Finance Assistant. In 2016, they moved to BMW of North America, LLC as a Support Associate in Customer Relations. In 2017, they joined The Lindquist Group as an Executive Recruiter in Private Staffing. Most recently, in 2018, they joined JW Michaels & Co. as an Executive Search, Support to Managing Partner, and Head of Legal & Compliance.
Jillian McElroy obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Mercy College between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Rockland Community College between 2009 and 2012. In November 2018, they obtained a certification in Learning Excel 2016 from LinkedIn.
