Lauren Epstein

Lauren Epstein has over a decade of experience in the recruitment and marketing industries. Lauren began their career in 2005 as a Marketing Coordinator for Dial Global, now known as Westwood One. In 2006, they were promoted to National Director of Marketing for Westwood One. In 2008, Epstein started their own business, Little Bijou Designs. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Talent Consultant and Executive Recruiter for FSG. Since 2013, Epstein has been the Senior Vice President of Technology & Creative Talent Acquisition at JW Michaels & Co., where they act as an executive tech recruiter and leads the technology recruitment team. Lauren also provides hands-on technology recruitment, business development, management consulting, strategic guidance, and client relationship building.

Lauren Epstein attended East Meadow High School from 2000 until graduation in 2000. Lauren then attended Lehigh University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in the College of Business & Economics with a major in Marketing and a minor in Political Science.
