Marvin Lee

Marvin Lee has a strong background in finance and accounting, with significant experience in various leadership roles. Marvin most recently served as the Vice President of Finance at JWC Environmental starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO and Financial Controller at Trivec Avant, a division of Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, from 2015 to 2020.

Before their role at Trivec Avant, Marvin held the position of Controller at PCC Aerostructures from 2012 to 2014. Marvin also served as the Corporate Controller at Synchronous Aerospace Group from 2008 to 2014, where they were responsible for accounting, treasury, and risk management for multiple operating units with a revenue of $175 million.

Marvin'sprevious experience includes being the Corporate Controller at Line-X Franchise Development Co. from 2006 to 2008, where they oversaw all accounting functions for the newly acquired franchise entity. Marvin also worked at L-3 Communications, Interstate Electronics Corporation as the Acting Controller and Accounting Manager from 2002 to 2006, where they handled accounting functions for a division of a $14 billion public company.

Additionally, Marvin has experience as the Corporate Controller at American Purification from 2000 to 2002, and as the Division Controller at Driessen-Zodiac Aerospace from 1995 to 2000. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated expertise in financial management, compliance, and implementing effective accounting systems and procedures.

Marvin Lee holds an MBA in Business Administration, which they obtained from the University of Hawai'i - Shidler College of Business in the years 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the California State Polytechnic University-Pomona between 1980 and 1985. Marvin also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Hawaii.
