Dr Catherine Batch

Dr. Catherine Batch serves as the Director of Customised Programs and Senior Lecturer at Queensland University of Technology, contributing to various academic roles since January 2013. In addition to academic responsibilities, Dr. Batch holds positions as a Public Affairs Officer for the Australian Army and an Advisory Board Member at JY Australia, both starting in January 2023. Furthermore, Dr. Batch has been the Research Director for Payments Consulting Network and Director at CB3 since 2013. Previously, Dr. Batch held roles in marketing and communications at Transaction Network Services, Indue Limited, Phillips Group, CBA, and Spreckley Partners. Dr. Batch's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business in Communication from QUT, an MSc in IT from University College Cork, ongoing studies in Change Management at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, and a Doctor of Philosophy focused on Trust, AI, and Investor Relations from the University of Southern Queensland.
