Raajeev Batra

Raajeev Batra is an accomplished professional in corporate governance and risk management with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Jyoti Structures Limited since February 2025, Raajeev has held significant positions at KPMG, including Head of KPMG LG Private Enterprise and Head of Quality and Risk Management from August 2019 to March 2025, as well as Partner and Head of Risk Consulting at KPMG India from September 2015 to February 2023. Prior to these roles, Raajeev was a Partner at KPMG UAE, overseeing Governance Risk & Compliance Services, and served as Group Head of Management Assurance at Vedanta Resources Plc. Raajeev's academic credentials include Executive Education at Harvard Business School and an ACA in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
