Huw Bevan

Huw Bevan has a diverse and extensive work experience.

Huw first worked at Accenture in 2007 as a Project Management and Communications specialist.

Huw then joined Numis in 2010 as an Institutional Equity Sales professional.

After that, they moved on to Equinor in 2011, where they served in the Corporate Strategy and M&A department.

In 2015, Huw joined Uber and took on various roles including Operations and Logistics Manager, Lead Operations and Logistics Manager, Marketplace Lead, and Head of Safety for the UK and Ireland. Huw was also the Head of Rider Operations for the UK and Ireland, where they led a team responsible for managing rider-facing products, loyalty programs, and the COVID response for the business.

Huw also took a sabbatical from 2021 to 2022 before becoming the Chief Operating Officer at Jyre. In 2023, they transitioned to become the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Huw Bevan completed their undergraduate education at the University of Bath from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2017, they obtained executive education in Leadership & Strategy from the Harvard Business School Online.
