Peter Blom Rørvig Skjelbo

Peter Blom Rørvig Skjelbo has a strong background in IT and development. Peter Blom Rørvig began their career at Coop Danmark in 1997, where they held roles of increasing responsibility, including Lukkeansvarlig and a substitute position as mælk- og frostdisponenten. In 2007, they joined Fynske Medier as a Developer before becoming the Head of Development in 2010. During their tenure at Fynske Medier, they oversaw a team of developers and played a key role in the development of the company's own sites. Peter Blom Rørvig also served as a trusted advisor to Digital Medier's media clients. In 2015, they continued their work as the Head of Development when Fynske Medier merged with Syddanske Medier and Jyske Medier to form Jysk Fynske Medier. Peter Blom Rørvig led a team of developers and project managers and was responsible for the development of news sites and other websites. In February 2020, they took over as the Head of IT and Development at Jysk Fynske Medier, managing a technical department of over 65 specialists. In this role, they participated in strategy sessions, conducted security assessments, and initiated projects to enhance the company's cyber and information security. Peter Blom Rørvig then transitioned to the role of Head of Corporate Development before assuming their current position as the Head of Architecture and Security, where they are responsible for building JFM's enterprise architecture and cyber and information security.

Peter Blom Rørvig Skjelbo completed their Bachelor's degree in Diplomingeniør Elektroteknik, speciale i data from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, as well as a Diplomingeniør degree in Elektronikingeniør from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Informationssikkerhed - ISO/IEC 27001 Diplomkursus from Dansk Standard, IT Architecture Foundation Examination from Dansk IT, IT Arkitektur Foundation from Dansk IT, and Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
