Charlotta Lindborg

Charlotta Lindborg is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR management and business partnering. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at JYSK since September 2021, Charlotta focuses on developing internal talent through apprenticeships and partnerships within the retail organization in JYSK Germany. Previously, Charlotta held the position of Head of Human Resources in Handewitt at Dänisches Bettenlager, where similar HR strategies were implemented. Charlotta's extensive experience includes various roles at JYSK and Netto Sverige, where responsibilities encompassed operational and strategic HR functions, leadership development, and employee training. Academically, Charlotta holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Lund University and several certifications in assessment systems and strategic HR practices.
