Louise Doherty

Louise Doherty is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Flotation Energy Plc since January 2022. Prior to this role, Louise worked as a Human Resources Consultant for LD-HR and White Cube Consulting Ltd. from May 2021 to February 2022. Louise has also held significant positions such as Human Resources Manager at Wood and Stewart Milne Group, as well as Human Resources Officer roles at CHC Helicopter and The Indigo Lighthouse Group. During a career break from April 2014 to December 2018, Louise provided voluntary community support while serving in leadership positions at local organizations. Louise holds Chartered Status from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has advanced degrees in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University and business studies from Glasgow Caledonian University.
