Sonja Mlakar

Sonja Mlakar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social media, sales, and marketing. Currently serving as the Social Media & Digital Coordinator for Slovenia at JYSK since May 2015, Sonja also holds a part-time position as a Sales Coordinator for Croatia and has previously worked as a Sales and Marketing Assistant in Slovenia. Prior to JYSK, Sonja spent a decade at bauMax in various roles across HR, supply, retail, and account departments for Slovenia and Croatia. Initial experience includes administrative student work at the Novo Nordisk Regional office for Southeast Europe. Sonja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politology with a focus on international relations from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Social Sciences.
