Birgitte Schøler

Birgitte Schøler has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Partner at Jyske Bank since May 2017. Previous roles include Training & Development Specialist and HR Partner at Danske Commodities from July 2013 to April 2017. Birgitte has expertise in recruitment, employee development, performance reviews, and HR project management, while also acting as a sparring partner for management on HR-related issues. Additional experience includes roles at Randstad Danmark as Personal Assistant to the CEO and Account Specialist, and leadership experience as Bar Manager at Café Faust. Birgitte holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Humanistisk Informatik from Aalborg University.
