Rich Sikoral

President at K-12 by Elior

Rich Sikoral has extensive experience in the K-12 food service industry. Rich currently serves as the President of K-12 by Elior since June 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Vice President at K-12 by Elior from November 2019 to June 2022. Before joining K-12 by Elior, they worked at Preferred Meals, an Elior company, as the Vice President of K-12 from January 2016 to November 2019. In this role, they provided strategic leadership for a $240 million national company, leading a team of over 50 management personnel and 1000 employees. Rich also led the customer service call center. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President and Corporate Officer at Revolution Foods from July 2013 to October 2015, and as the Vice President of Sales Support and Program Engineering at ARAMARK Education from May 2011 to August 2013. Rich began their career at ARAMARK K12 as the Vice President of Operations, where they oversaw a $125 million region, managed multiple district managers, and handled contract negotiations and profit and loss responsibilities.

Rich Sikoral earned a Masters of Science degree in Management from Thomas Edison State University from 2003 to 2005. Rich also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management from the same university. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Food Management Professional (FMP) from the National Restaurant Association, obtained in 2002.
