Walter Mawby

For the last 50 years, Walter has worked as a developer, general contractor, and concrete subcontractor. Walter has built over 45 high rise buildings and 28,000 units in several countries. In 1998, Walter started Highrise Concrete Systems, building projects across the United States for large developers such as Gables, Legacy, Trammel Crow, Hannover, and others. He specializes in building high rise tunnel form buildings. In 2010, Walter joined with Building and Land Technology as a preconstruction / construction manager for a 3.5 billion dollar mixed use development in Stamford Connecticut.
