Robert Boender

Robert Boender is an experienced project manager and organizational leader with a strong background in civil engineering and business management. Currently serving as Manager projectverwerving at K_Dekker bouw & infra b.v. since June 2025, Robert previously held significant roles at Fluor Corporation from January 2016 to June 2025, including Projectleider for the A27 Houten Hooipolder contract and Technisch projectmanager for various projects, notably the Carbon Connect Delta project focused on CO2 transport infrastructure. With a foundational career at BAM Civiel from 1999 to 2016, Robert progressed through various managerial positions in project control and organization. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Engineering in Business Management from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
