Faizan Zafar

Faizan Zafar is a Chartered Accountant with comprehensive experience in corporate affairs and finance. Currently serving as GM Corporate Affairs at K-Electric since November 2023, Faizan previously held the position of Company Secretary at Attock Petroleum Limited from May 2020 to October 2023. Faizan's earlier roles include Assistant Vice President (Finance) and Company Secretary at Askari General Insurance Company Limited, where responsibilities encompassed accounts and secretarial affairs. Additionally, Faizan worked at A.F. Ferguson & Co (PwC Pakistan) from April 2009 to November 2013, progressing from Audit Junior to Senior, and providing risk advisory services and conducting statutory audits for various sectors.
