Aaron Reid

Aaron Reid is an experienced professional in land development, currently serving as Vice President of Land Development at K. Hovnanian® Homes since October 2024. Previously, Aaron held significant roles including Land Development Project Manager at KB Home and Director of Land Development at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC. Additional experience includes Vice President Operations at Morgan Land Improvements and Land Development Project Manager at Lennar. Aaron also founded Monumental Resolutions and served as Vice President at Bun's Handmade, Inc. with prior experience as Land Development Manager at Standard Pacific Homes and in National Accounts at Tyco Integrated Security. Aaron holds both an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Orlando.
