Don O'Wade

Don O'Wade is an experienced New Home Sales Consultant at K. Hovnanian® Homes, specializing in the new construction process with over 20 years as a licensed real estate professional in Virginia and West Virginia. O'Wade actively contributes to the Virginia Association of REALTORS® as a member of the Professional Development Committee and has served as the Professional Standards Ombudsman and a member of the Public Policy Committee. A former Full-Service REALTOR at ERA OakCrest Realty, O'Wade has held multiple leadership roles within the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS, including as President Elect. Previous positions include Sales Associate roles at RE/Max Roots and Macquarie Mortgages USA Inc., alongside foundational experience in business sales at Triton PCS. O'Wade holds a BS in Business Management from Liberty University and studied Biblical Studies at WOLBI.
