Meghan McSwain

Meghan McSwain is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Marketing Manager for the Southeast Coastal Division at K. Hovnanian® Homes since November 2020. Prior to this role, Meghan held the position of Marketing Manager at Salamander Collection and worked as a Freelance Marketing Communications Consultant at McSwain Communications. Additionally, Meghan was the Regional Marketing Director for North Carolina at Premier Sotheby's International Realty and served as the Regional Marketing Manager for Morgans Hotel Group, overseeing properties such as Delano South Beach and Shore Club. Meghan began her career as a Public Relations Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, followed by a role as an Account Executive at G&S Business Communications. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in Media and Journalism from North Carolina State University and has also studied at Swansea University.
