Nicholas Kalos

Nicholas Kalos is an accomplished real estate and development professional with extensive experience across various roles in prominent companies. Currently serving as a Land Acquisition Manager at K. Hovnanian® Homes since July 2024, Nicholas previously held positions as a Development Analyst at both Hudson's Bay Company and Streetworks Development. Previous roles include Development Associate at Cape Advisors, Inc., Inventory Analyst for the U.S. Army IMCOM Real Estate & Master Planning at EY, and various analyst positions at Toll Brothers. Nicholas also has experience in finance and leadership through positions such as Director of Finance for the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality and Vice President of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity.
