Tim King

Tim King has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as the Ohio Division President and previously as the Cleveland West Area President at K. Hovnanian® Homes since June 2000. Tim has also held the position of Community Manager for Four Seasons At Chestnut Ridge. In addition, Tim served as the Director of Construction Services and worked as a Community Manager at K. Hovnanian Homes from June 2019 to February 2022. Tim holds an Associate of Science degree in Architectural & Construction Engineering Technology from Cuyahoga Community College, completed between 1994 and 1997.
