Natalie Shou has a diverse background in different industries, ranging from gaming to sales and healthcare. Currently working as a Market Insights at k-ID, Natalie previously held positions such as Gamer at Matr1x, Salesperson at Dreamcore, and Game Tester at Matr1x. Natalie also has experience as a Care Assistant at NTUC Health Co-operative Limited. Natalie holds a Graduate Diploma in Youth Work from Singapore University of Social Sciences, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from SIMGE, and a degree in Gerontological Management Studies from Temasek Polytechnic.
