Kulbir Rahi

Kulbir Rahi is a Senior Partner and Head of Ascot Richmond at K J Smith Solicitors, a position held since September 2019, and also serves as a Senior Solicitor with extensive experience in Family Law, specializing in divorce, financial matters, residence and contact disputes, civil partnerships, same-sex marriages, and Children Act applications. Prior to this role, Kulbir Rahi was a Partner and Senior Solicitor at Dale & Newbery LLP from February 1997 to August 2019, focusing on similar areas of Family Law. Kulbir Rahi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of East Anglia and completed the Solicitors Final Examinations at the College of Law in Guildford. Education was completed at Ellen Wilkinson High School for Girls.
