Paul Viggiano

Paul Viggiano is a seasoned manufacturing professional with over 32 years of experience in the automotive industry, primarily at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. Currently, Paul serves as a Manufacturing Engineer Technicians Assembly TEIS Support at K & K Technical Group, Inc., contributing to the startup of a new plant and leading HV logistics projects. Previously, Paul held various managerial roles at Toyota, including New Model Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed training, developing standardized systems, and auditing processes to meet key performance indicators. Paul has led 35 projects for new vehicle models from design to launch, emphasizing continuous improvement through Toyota Production System (TPS) and Kaizen principles. Throughout the career, Paul has demonstrated expertise in project management, teamwork, and training development across different manufacturing disciplines.
