Martí Pellicena Carbó is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition lead at K-LAGAN’s corporate headquarters since September 2025, focusing on attracting and developing strategic talent across various business areas. Prior to this role, Martí worked at Reverse from September 2023 to September 2025 in multiple capacities, including HR Project Manager and Talent Acquisition Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end recruitment and client relationship management. Martí's earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Generalist at Baker & Baker and a Warehouse Manager position at Mail Boxes Etc. An educational background in psychology, culminating in a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull, complements Martí's professional expertise in human resources and talent management.
