Bill has held various roles, including Chief Microphone Pluger-inner and Network Promotions Director at the Educational Media Foundation K-LOVE & Air1 Media Networks. Prior to that, they worked at Cox Media Group/San Antonio as a Promotions / Marketing / Programming / Spinner of Twang. Bill also worked at Technical Services Group as a Systems Designer/Estimator before joining the Guaranty Broadcasting as a Program Director / Classic Rock Slayer. Bill also had experience at Citadel Broadcasting as a Program Director / Stacks of Wax Spinner. Earlier in their career, they worked at Technical Services Group as a Broadcast Liaison, Guaranty Broadcasting as a Promotions Director / Classic Rock Slayer, and Baton Rouge Broadcasting as an Assistant Program Director / Music Director / Top 40 Flame Thrower.
Bill Jackson attended Edison State Community College from 1987 to 1989, where they studied music. From 1989 to 1991, they attended Florida State University, studying music, film production, and history. In 1994, they briefly attended Northwestern State University, focusing on radio and television. Finally, from 1995 to 1999, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication - Electronic Media from Louisiana State University.
