Marsha Toler, MPA, is a dedicated grant writer and coordinator at Marsha Toler Grant Writing Services LLC since July 2023. In addition to this role, Marsha serves as the Executive Board Chair for K-State Research and Extension - Wyandotte County and has been an Executive Board Member since January 2018. Marsha is actively involved in community service, volunteering with organizations such as NAWS - Northland Animal Welfare Society and After the Harvest, where fresh produce is recovered and distributed to local food pantries. Previously, Marsha volunteered as a grant coordinator for Feed Marsha's Lambs, focusing on food insecurity and homelessness. Marsha has extensive administrative experience with the Shawnee, KS Police Department and has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Public Administration from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Friends University.
