Sirous Wadia has a diverse work experience starting from 2001. Sirous has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Currently, they are a Practice Director of Customer Success at K1 Investment Management. In this role, they manage a team that provides strategic and tactical initiatives to portfolio companies, helping drive customer base retention and expansion. Prior to this, they worked at Adobe as a Director of Customer Success, where they led a high-performing customer engagement team. Sirous also worked at Restaurant365 as an Advisor in Customer Success, where they provided guidance on internal alignment and engagement strategies. Earlier in their career, Sirous held roles at Conductor Inc., GumGum, Glow Digital Media, Marin Software, VMware Inc., and Sun Microsystems, acquiring expertise in areas such as churn forecasting, renewal strategies, revenue management, and strategic sales programs.
Sirous Wadia attended UCLA from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology-Biology. In 2002, they furthered their education at Santa Clara University, completing an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Finance in 2004.
