Suzanne Rudnitzki currently serves as the President and COO of IXOPAY, where strategic oversight of operational initiatives for the payment orchestration platform is a primary focus, particularly in merging and acquiring to foster global expansion. Prior experience includes being Executive in Residence at K1 Investment Management, where work involved enhancing scalability and value creation across SaaS portfolio companies. At Smarsh, Suzanne held dual roles as COO and Chief People Officer, managing global teams and implementing organizational growth strategies. Earlier, as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Telecare Corporation, responsibilities encompassed leading diverse teams and advising on strategic planning. Suzanne co-owned Woodways, handling sales, marketing, and legal operations, and is educated with an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Management, Advertising, Fine Arts, and Pre-law from Eastern Michigan University.
