Theresa Damato

Theresa Damato is a highly experienced marketing and advisory professional with a strong focus on growth acceleration, brand positioning, and operational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Practice Advisor at K1 Investment Management since October 2023, Theresa previously held several leadership roles, including Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff at Cornerstone OnDemand from June 2020 to January 2023, where strategic growth and customer engagement initiatives were central to her efforts. Prior to that, Theresa led global marketing at Saba Software and served as Vice President of Marketing at Trustwave and SafeNet, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and corporate positioning. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science and Technology from Illinois State University.
