Scott Russell has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Scott began their career as a Restaurant Manager at La Costa Resort and Spa in 1988, where they held the position for 13 years. In 2003, they joined JC Resorts as the General Manager of Veranda Operations. After two years, they transitioned to Darden as an Operatons / Service Manager in 2005. In 2007, they took on the role of Restaurant Director at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa. Scott then moved on to King's Seafood Company in 2010, where they served as a Senior Manager for three years. Their most recent position is as a Regional Manager at K1 Speed, a role they have held since 2015.
Scott Russell obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Service Sector Management from CSUSM from 1996 to 1998.
