Franco Tin is an experienced professional in asset management with a strong background in managing commercial real estate. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at K11 Concepts Limited since January 2022, Franco oversees an office portfolio that includes 5 premium Grade A office towers totaling 1.3 million square feet. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Asset Management at Arch Capital Management Company, Senior Associate at Pinnacle Real Estate Capital Partners Limited, and Senior Asset Manager at Taubman Asia, among others. Franco's expertise includes managing various types of properties, including shopping centers and office developments across Hong Kong and mainland China. Franco holds an MBA in Real Estate and Marketing from Rice University and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology from The University of Hong Kong.
