Virona You

Virona You has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager-HR at K11 Concepts Limited since December 2017. Prior to this role, Virona was the Head of Human Resources at Triumph International, where responsibilities included creating and implementing HR plans and managing budgets. As the National HR Manager for Toys R Us China with Li & Fung Group, Virona managed HR operations across China and provided strategic staffing solutions. Early career included a role as Recruitment & Training Manager at L'Oréal, focusing on recruitment processes and employee training. Virona holds two bachelor's degrees in Public Relations/Image Management from East China Normal University, obtained between 1996-2000.
