Ashleigh Owens

Ashleigh Owens has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Chief Human Resources Officer at K12 Coalition since November 2022. Before that, they held the same role at Confluence from February 2022 to November 2022. Prior to these positions, they worked at LexisNexis, where they held various HR roles, including Vice President Human Resources, Senior Director Human Resources, HR Director, and HR Business Partner. Ashleigh also worked as an HR Manager at Venturi Staffing Partners from 2003 to 2005.

Ashleigh Owens received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a field of study in History from the University of Virginia from 1999 to 2003. In 2011 to 2012, they attended Leadership Charlottesville 2012, focusing on City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. Additionally, Ashleigh obtained various certifications such as Gallup Trained Coach, Talent Optimization Certificate, and certifications from prestigious institutions such as The Wharton School, Yale School of Management, UC Berkeley Executive Education, Duke Corporate Education, and Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Ashleigh also received a Security White Belt certification from LexisNexis and holds an SPHR certification from HRCI.
