Earl Grossman

Earl Grossman is an experienced executive in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and educational services. Currently serving as Managing Director of M&A at K12 Coalition since January 2022, Earl focuses on addressing significant challenges in K-12 education, including teacher recruitment and strategic planning. As President and CEO of Apple Tree Holdings, LLC, Earl oversees investments in educational initiatives, including K12 Coalition. Previously, Earl held the position of Chief Acquisition & Strategy Officer at WorldStrides, achieving notable returns on investments through multiple private equity exits. Earl's extensive career includes leadership roles at The Accent Travel Group and Lakeland Tours, as well as M&A experience at Geneva Capital Markets. Earl holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
