Nicholas Engledow graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology and a minor in Business Administration. They are currently the Lead Apple Repair Tech and Repair Class Support Manager at K-12 Tech Repairs, where they have been since 2025. Previously, Nicholas served as the Corporate Logistics and Customer Support Manager at K-12 Tech from 2019 to 2025, focusing on enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.
