Mary Ritter

Mary Ritter has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Mary currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at K16 Solutions, where they play a key role in implementing the organization's values and supports talent management. Prior to this, Mary held the position of Holy Reiki Founder and Adjunct Faculty at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, where they also served as the Chief Executive Director, overseeing operations and organizational goals. Mary has also worked as the Sr. Campus President and Campus President at Everest College Phoenix, as well as an Online Adjunct Faculty Member at Everest College Phoenix Online. Earlier in their career, Mary was the Director of Operations at Apollo Group, managing multiple campuses and leading the implementation of strategic plans. Mary also worked as a Career Management Consultant at Drake Beam Morin, where they coached and mentored clients in achieving career transition objectives. Mary's experience also includes roles as a Sr. Human Resources Representative at TRW and an Operations Manager at Manpower, where they led operations and supported human resource functions. Mary'swork experience demonstrates a strong background in leadership, talent management, operations, and strategic planning.

Mary Ritter has a diverse education history. Mary obtained a Global Leadership Certificate in International Relations and Affairs from Thunderbird School of Global Management. In 2001, they earned a Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Professional (SHRM). Mary also holds a Certificate of Excellence in Life Coaching from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, which they received in 2017.

In terms of formal education, Mary earned a Master's in Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the same institution between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, Mary completed coursework toward a Bachelor's degree at Purdue University, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Mary has also obtained several additional certifications. In 2022, they obtained certification from EOS Worldwide. In 2020, they completed the Dare to Lead™ Training and became a Yoga Nidra Facilitator at the Amrit Yoga Institute. Finally, in 2001, Mary obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
