Josh Carmichael

Josh Carmichael has a diverse work experience in human resources and recruiting. Josh started their career in 2007 at Fluor Corporation, where they worked as a Human Resources & Recruiting Specialist for five years. In 2012, they joined Kiewit as a Senior Human Resources Manager and stayed with the company until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at GrayWolf. In 2018, Josh founded their own company, Carmichael Recruiting Services, LLC, where they worked as the Founder & Managing Director until 2019. Josh then joined Sundt Construction as a Human Resources Manager and worked there until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at K2 Electric.

Josh Carmichael has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Sam Houston State University. Prior to that, they attended Deer Park High School - South Campus and obtained their High School Diploma. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications including Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems, Strengths Performance Coach from Gallup, and Talent Optimization Certification from The Predictive Index.
