Patrick Sleight is an accomplished finance professional with a strong background in venture banking and portfolio management. Currently serving as an Investment Associate at K2 HealthVentures since October 2022, Patrick previously worked at Pacific Western Bank as a Venture Banker, focusing on life sciences venture banking from January 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Portfolio Analyst and Portfolio Analyst at Square 1 Bank, where Patrick specialized in technology and health care venture banking. Patrick began a career at State Street, holding positions as a Senior Associate and Associate II from June 2015 to January 2018, and started in finance as a Student Endowment Fund Analyst at the College of the Holy Cross. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and also studied at University College Dublin.
