Rafael Cabral is a skilled welding inspector with extensive experience in non-destructive testing and quality control. Currently serving as an Inspetor de Solda N1 at Techocean Engineering Solutions since July 2024, Rafael previously held the same position at Applus+ K2 from November 2022 to May 2024, focusing on structural repairs in tanks using penetrant and magnetic particle testing techniques.
