Renee Morales

Renee Morales has over two decades of diverse work experience in human resources, education, and administrative support. Renee has held leadership roles such as Vice President Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at K2 Insurance Services. Prior to this, they worked at Sharp HealthCare, where they gained extensive experience in HR management for various healthcare facilities. Renee has also taught as an Instructor at San Diego State University and served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland University College. Renee'scareer includes roles as an HR Specialist at American Water, Executive Assistant at Dehesa Charter School, Administrative Assistant at Smith & Nephew, and Critical Hours Program Coordinator at MAAC Project. Throughout their career, Renee has demonstrated a strong commitment to HR practices and organizational development.

Renee Morales graduated from Helix High School in 1996 with a High School Diploma in General Education. Renee then attended San Diego State University-California State University from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. In 2008, they pursued further education at National University, obtaining a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development in 2010. Additionally, Renee holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and as a SHRM CP from SHRM.
