Prior to that, they served as the Director of Specialty Services at K2M Design from October 2022 to January 2024. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Director of Operations at K2M Design, where they managed teams and oversaw operations in multiple locations. Before joining K2M Design, they worked as the Managing Director at The Fahrenheit Group and as the President and Executive Director at Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing. Additionally, they held leadership positions at Western Oilfield Supply Company, Boart Longyear, Teleflex Automotive, Motorola, Inc., and General Motors. Overall, Joseph Moody brings a wealth of leadership and operational experience to their current role.

Joseph Moody has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kettering University, which they obtained from 1980 to 1985. Joseph then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations Management from the University of Michigan, which they completed from 1988 to 1990.
