Sarah Coakley Collins

Sarah Coakley Collins has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles focused on culture, engagement, and employee experience. Sarah is currently the Chief Experience Officer at K2M Design. Prior to this, they served as the President of Scarlet Wolf Consulting, where they emphasized the importance of a people-first culture and effective leadership. Sarah also worked at Redwood Living as the Redwood Culture Officer, where they implemented strategies to improve employee and customer satisfaction. Before that, they held the position of Culture & Engagement Strategist at CultureShoc LLC. Sarah's earlier career includes roles at Hyland, creator of OnBase, where they served as the Director of Employee Experience, Senior HR Manager, HR Manager, HR Team Leader, and Minister of Culture, demonstrating their extensive experience in HR and culture development.

Sarah Coakley Collins attended Bowling Green State University from 1991 to 1995 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Popular Culture.
